   • Current status: 262 indigenous design and development projects, with shipyards achieving near 100% indigenous content.

     • Marine research
     • Ecosystem monitoring

     • Maritime law enforcement.

7. Sustainability Focus:

   • Transition towards green and sustainable shipbuilding practices.
   • Contribution to climate-resilient maritime growth.

8. Humanitarian Operations:

   • Involvement in tasks such as Operation Samudra Setu and Operation Brahma; showcasing the effectiveness of Indian-built vessels in maritime stability.
