Telangana Launches AI Data Exchange Platform

The Telangana government, in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), is set to launch the Telangana Data Exchange (TGDeX) platform on July 1, 2025. This initiative represents the first state-led digital public infrastructure focused on artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, the technology ecosystem supporting TGDeX includes the Telangana AI Mission (T-AIM), T-Hub, the MATH AI/ML Centre of Excellence at T-Hub, IIT Hyderabad, and IIIT Hyderabad.
